Formosa Chang - Hu Xu Zhang



Formosa Chang - 鬍鬚張魯肉飯
Famous in Taiwan for it's rich flavour and nostalgic taste.
The bff decides to buy me what I requested while she was in Taiwan.
They are so famous that they even sell pre packed sauce for you to bring home and heat up.
Awesome?

I cooked up some short grained rice and stir fry some minced meat before drizzling the sauce over.
Taiwan's ru rou fan is well known for its 'fats' only, I prefer to have some chews on the meat itself.
