Drink your water.

"Do you know the tasteless liquid that you often replace with soda is your body’s principal chemical component and makes up about 60% of your body weight?
Water is essential in our day to day life, which is why doctors often stresses the need for everyone to drink at least eight glasses of water each day. As it is lost easily through breathing, perspiring and urinating, it is important for us to constantly replenish our water supply by consuming food and beverages that contain water.

While it is a necessity for us to take in water regularly in order for our body to function normally, do you know how drinking water benefits us?

For a start, for those weight watchers out there, water reduces weight. It removes the byproduct of fats and keeps you fresh and healthy! It also removes toxins and waste from your body, promoting healthier living!

And also for those who are conscious of their appearance, drinking enough water beats those expensive ageing treatments! It moisturizes your skin and maintains your skin’s elasticity and its suppleness. It also helps to prevent dryness by detoxifying your skin! Do you know sufficient water intake helps to combat skin problems such as eczema, dry skin, wrinkles and spots too?

Health conscious people do take note! Studies have shown that drinking water reduces your risk of a heart attack! Keeping your body hydrated helps to reduce headaches and backaches as these are usually symptoms of dehydration!
