Supper!

Cooked supper for boy n i last night!

Simple delicious meal!
As i was afraid it wont be spicy enough, i added a chillipadi while frying the lean meat w onions, added chopped carrots, abit of celeries and potatoes to the size i want.. Simmer for about 15mins in slow fire..

Break the curry cubes down and stir till all is dissolved and tadah! Serve with rice. Oh yumyums.

One pack serving is for 5 pax but boy and i gobbled up all with just a cup of rice i cook! Haha.
