the girls met up to celebrate haiyan's birthday.
first meet up was at cathay, they wanted to dine at ashton but the queue was damn long so we settled for the indulge (twin's uncle is one of the boss).

some of us had their premium set for $23.90++
which includes fried prawns with wasabi mayo (nice!), herbal chicken soup (nice!), grilled ribeye (not bad) or lobster salad (a tad too spicy), and chocolate ice cream with coffee pudding dessert.

joanna had deep fried tofu in thai style, which is not bad too!
this is the grilled ribeye, if only it was cooked to well done or medium well, it would be better. it was like medium rare when served.

most importantly it's affordable and the environment is okay leh! haha.

jill to sing a phrase of song in a super out of tone voice.
so so funny.
soon, jason came to find us after he finish work.
and then haiyan drank 10seconds and poof.

and she headed back soon after we finish our bottle.

leaving amaryllis, jill, joanna, me and jason.
we went to eat beside illuzion, sin lee restaurant.
ordered food like bee hoon with gravy, hokkien mee, hong kong mee, soup..
then jiaqian starts getting drowsy.. lol.
we don't care, and pulled her back to illuzion.
jill wanted more drinks, so we ordered another jug.

jason and i went to have dessert.
black sesame paste i like! (:
then we headed to town and stop at far east first. shopped around j bought a pant, i bought a dress. and we got some snacks from a shop at fep, and also matcha ice cream!
then went to wisma and i shopped at cotton on body, got a few camisoles and we went on walking and walking. wanted to dine at din tai fung but it was packed so we decided upon crystal jade la mian xiao long bao at taka. but... the final decision was sushi tei. hehe.

i think we spent like at least going-to-1hour at sephora lor! trying to look for mother's day present. i got mum flora by gucci. it's nice! (:
but j and i almost killed our nose with all the fragrance we tried at sephora, it was disastrous, we took so long and chosen salvatore ferragamo.. then we walked around and i tried flora by gucci and got it.
then we walked from wisma to cathay to hope we could catch a movie (17 again). but no more movies, we cabbed to cineleisure and caught friday the 13th!
before movie, we went to catch bearbear, spent 20$ and i shooed him down already, waste money. we had an hour of allowance, so we head to hk cafe.. no cushion seats!! and so...

we ate two pieces and then took it away because we realised we were gonna be late for movie. lol
my ice yuzu tea which look so different from the menu. but not bad.
that's why never judge from pictures! sigh.
friday the 13th was quite a good one, though i was startled by it quite a number of times.
i enjoy my weekend, but now i have to wake up to reality ):
work at 9pm. timecheck, it's going 3pm now.
