Parma ham


As we are quite far from La pizzaiola now that we have moved. 
Chef from Restaurant De Segar (as quoted by da bff) made some Burratina Con Procuitto Crudo.
Oh craving satisfied.

It is so simple to make.
Everything is bought from cold storage.
Oops.
